I’d not heard of James Victore before watching this video (1m 36s) of his. I’m not even sure it’s important that you know who he is? What I can tell you is that he’s got a great approach to why perfection should not be your goal (unless you’re a brain surgeon or a pilot or a bomb squad person).

I remember learning this lesson while working for a community based organisation. I discovered the difference between community involvement and professional entertainment. What I learned was that each had a place, and knowing which had it’s place where was really important.

I therefore don’t completely agree with James, but I do think there are a lot more people who should watch this video and learn from it, than those who shouldn’t!
