What a Welcome Home - Heathrow Terminal 5 and T-Mobile

This is so worth your time to watch. It’s an advert from T-Mobile in the UK. It’s a ‘welcome home’ to passengers going through Terminal 5. It’s beautiful. I can’t describe it in words. You’ll just have to watch it. From the Express.co.uk (back in 2011 with no link in 2026):

“We all know what it can be like arriving at an airport after a flight, walking past the drivers with the names on the cards and we thought that, just for one day, we should give weary travellers a welcome they would never forget.

“With our hidden cameras we were able to record the reaction of the returning travellers and the spectacle of more than 500 people singing and dancing in airport arrivals!”

Henry Church from South Kensington in London, the first passenger to receive the welcome, said: I’d just come in on an overnight flight from Washington DC and as I walked through the doors this woman started singing to me.

“I had no idea what was going on, I thought she was a nutter.
