If it’s not enough that the business environment is experiencing enormous change, we have a new type of worker entering the work space, and they’re largely characterized by a similar age bracket. They have a different approach, set of values, worldview and set of outcomes for their careers to their older peers, and generally speaking, today’s managers and leaders are struggling to work with them.

This presentation aims to provide a framework that will help you to understand why this new younger worker looks at the world in the way they do, and provides some signposts and guides for you to better engage, develop and lead them.
